Russ has over 19 years experience in resale channel strategy, partner programs, sales force enablement, learning & development for complex solutions, technical training organization management, project management, training delivery, and software consulting. He has worked with executives around the world, helping them develop strategies for multiplying sales through the creation and enhancement of resale channels. His collaborative approach to solving business challenges makes him highly effective and successful. One example of his accomplishments was Cisco's SMB Specialization Program, a global partner certification and marketing program that took a mere 4 months to create and attracted over 10,000 new reseller partners to Cisco who brought more than $800 million in first year revenue to the company. He also had a hand in designing and building more than 300 hours of technical training for companies like Cisco, Baan, and various software companies. Russ is also a published author on the subject of the cultural implications of training global audiences.
